Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
When you purchase a Simchalo eSIM plan, an activation code (QR code) is delivered to your email address shortly after purchase, usually within a few minutes. All sales are final at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused data, wrong plan selection, or inability to activate due to a carrier-locked or incompatible device.
Please confirm your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchasing. The eSIM compatibility checker can help you verify.
Refunds We Will Issue
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances, which are within our control to verify and resolve:
- Failed provisioning: The QR code we delivered does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement profile within 48 hours of your report.
- Non-delivery: You did not receive your QR code by email and it is not accessible from your order record. Report within 30 days of purchase.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
What We Cannot Refund
- Purchased plans, regardless of whether the eSIM has been activated or used.
- Unused data remaining at the end of your plan period.
- Plans where the wrong duration or data size was selected.
- Inability to activate due to a carrier-locked device or an incompatible device not supported by eSIM.
- Service interruptions, coverage gaps, or throttling caused by the underlying carrier network. These are outside our control and not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@simchalo.com with:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate issues quickly and directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed.
